Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping to the continental USA takes 5–8 business days, Hawaii/Alaska 7–12 business days, and Canada 7–10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 2–3 business days (USA continental), 4–5 business days (Hawaii/Alaska), or 3–5 business days (Canada).

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping rates: $4.99 to the continental USA, $9.99 to Hawaii or Alaska, and $7.99 to Canada. Express shipping is $14.99 (USA continental), $29.99 (Hawaii/Alaska), or $19.99 (Canada). Standard shipping is free on qualifying promotional orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is synced to your account dashboard automatically. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. We are working to expand to additional regions.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return. You will receive a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

What is an AI Score?

Every product on Next2Free is assigned an AI Score (0–100) based on supplier reliability, product quality indicators, customer reviews, price-to-value ratio, and historical performance. Higher scores indicate better overall quality.

How are suppliers vetted?

All suppliers must maintain a minimum rating of 4.2 and pass our automated compliance checks including lead time verification, product authenticity screening, and fulfillment history review.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Our AI system automatically screens for replica, counterfeit, and trademark-infringing listings. Any flagged products are blocked before they reach the catalog.

How often is the catalog updated?

Our system scans supplier feeds continuously. New products are reviewed and added daily. Prices and availability are synced in real time.

Account & Payments

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse without an account, but you will need to create one to place an order and track your purchases.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
