Processing Time
Orders are processed and forwarded to our verified suppliers within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once processing begins.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be assigned and synced to your account dashboard automatically. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Return Policy
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return. The following are non-returnable:
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items with broken seals for hygiene reasons (e.g. earbuds, skincare)
- Customised or personalised products
How to Return
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Select the order and click Request Return.
- Choose a reason and submit — you'll receive a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the indicated carrier location.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Express shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Buyer Protection
Every order placed on Next2Free is covered by our Buyer Protection guarantee:
- Item not received: Full refund if your order doesn't arrive within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Not as described: Full refund or free replacement if the item significantly differs from its listing.
- Supplier dispute: We mediate directly with the supplier on your behalf — you're never left to resolve it alone.
