2. Description of Service
Next2Free is an AI-powered e-commerce platform that curates products from verified global suppliers. We act as an intermediary between you and our supplier network. All products listed on our platform have been scored and vetted by our automated quality assurance system.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Next2Free is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving a returned item in acceptable condition.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to resell products in violation of manufacturer agreements, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to interfere with or disrupt the platform, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Next2Free, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Next2Free AI or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next2Free shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York.
